In the WhyEat Fit Zone, you can challenge your friends to five competitions of skill, speed, and strength.

How well you perform in each competition depends on four things:

  1. How fast you can move by pressing the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard.
  2. Some competitions involve jumping or steering at the right instant. The better your timing, the better you'll perform.
  3. Your strength. The higher your strength, the faster you'll run. Your strength in each competition depends on how often you practice. For example, the more days you try the 50-meter Dash, the higher your strength when you attempt it again. If you are a member of the WhyEat Live activity, your overall health will affect your strength.
  4. Your stamina. The higher your stamina, the longer you can go before your muscles start to tire. Your stamina depends on how many total competitions you have attempted in the past week. To assure a high stamina value, play a variety of competitions regularly. If you are a member of the WhyEat Live activity, your overall health will affect your strength.
