I'm not strong like Superman.
I'm strong at all.
You say you're trying to help me stand,
But all you do is make me fall.

I try and try to do my best,
But the ice is just too cold.
You put on me way more pressure
Than just one balloon can hold.

I try to hide every tear,
But nothing is as sad
As knowing what you really think of think me.
Nothing hurts as bad.

I'm just a girl, nothing more,
And that's all I'll ever be.
I know you know that. I know you can see.
So why do always do this to me?

The pressure's just too heavy.
The mountain's just too tall.
The intensity is more than I can take.
The compassion's just too small.

So come and take a walk in my shoes.
Come walk this lonely road.
Come and see just how it feels.
Come lift my heavy load.
