As many of you know, the annual Halloween Costume Contest was held from 1pm to 8pm on Friday October 30th. Citizens came dressed to impress with their best costumes ever! Votes were cast at the Halloween Party by party attendees. Everyone did a fantastic job, but here are our winners:

XleilaX won a one month WhyPass and the super rare 'Pumpkin Crown 2' face part. (The only one in existence!)
