I'm all bundled up
In my hat, scarf, and coat,
Down through the diamond sky
The first flakes start to float

I catch one on my tongue
One kisses my left cheek
Three held in my cupped hand
Each one is so unique

Slow at first, then faster
Like bullets from the sky
The wind and snow surround me
I know that I can fly

Soon a blanket forms
Across the frozen Earth
Of pure untouched snow
This is Winter's Birth
