You lie down for just a minute, after a long day. You begin to doze off when a perfectly vivid dream comes to mind. You can feel every emotion. You're riding on a fast train and you feel the butterflies in the stomach just as if you were in the present. You wake up and can't wait until you tell someone your dream! But wait, you can't remember?

Don't you hate it when you have such an amazing dream but forget about it? Or have you ever dreamed about something mysterious, and wondered how it relates to your life? How about feeling every emotion just as if it was actually happening!?

Dreams are a mix of the mind (brain), body (anything you've gone through) and spirit (your physic intuition, messages from the heavens, etc.) working together. Our minds are always working. It works when we dream, imagine, concentrate and even when we are bored! But what triggers the creative, weird yet realistic dream and imagination? A part in your brain called "Order of Chaos". The Order of Chaos also causes the memory from a dream to shorten.

Your brain mind and spirit, while at rest "review" and analysis in it's own way. It kicks around emotions, thoughts, ideas, actions and interactions of the short term memory. Inside it has your background and philosophy of your life. Your mind also goes through "spiritual data" which links to whatever you believe in, whether you're pursing it or violating it, and of course any communication from God. It's channeling our physic intuition (everyone has it).

Your mind then puts all of the form of chaos, images you've seen, every sight, sound and emotion you may have felt and smashes it all together to cause a visual "screenplay" in which creates . . . the dream. Now let's talk about understanding your dream.

Here's what you must do to correctly interpret your dream:

- Relax yourself! (Note: If you aren't fully relaxed you will go into a "sleep debt". The more you build up the worries of not falling asleep, the higher chance you have of forgetting your dreams.)
- Pay attention to everything that is going on in your life.
- Wake up peacefully and slowly.
- Maintain a healthy diet.

With those four tools in mind you should be able to figure out the dream. Look for these symbols in the dream to discover.

Animals - Seeing an animal do something in a dream usually means a bad trait. It also usually relates to someone trying to loose weight and having the image of an animal eating.
Automobiles or Transportation - Represents where you are going in life and your body. I had a dream recently about a train. I was on it and scared. I was with friends and I felt everything.
Children - Represents something joyous or different in your life.
Clothing - Shows your state of mind from mood and changing, like clothes.
People - Might have that character represent what you're like by showing your traits. Also can be an awakening to change.

I hope you learned a little more about your dreams! Look out for those symbols and use dream interpreters to figure out that complex dream.

Sweet Dreams,
