I'm going to explore the wonders of a live waterfall and the benefits it holds for you!

Falling water, or a "waterfall" contains many health benefits to the human body. These waterfalls create "negative hydrogen ions" by splitting the water molecules contain in the waterfalls. What exactly are negative hydrogen ions? Well, in this form of hydrogen ions, an extra electron is created when temperatures are pressed.

Waterfalls create a mood. A sense of relaxation and even romance such as Niagara Falls! It creates this sense because of it's direct relationship with the levels of something called "sertonin" in your bloodstream. Sertonin shapes moods, eating and sleep patterns, reaction and more.

So, waterfalls have a health benefit to your bloodstream because the spray of the water plays around with the health of your sertonin levels, in which resulting to a healthy and peaceful bloodstream and state of mind.

But did you know it isn't just waterfalls that can create this mood? Water waves and water from plant evaporations also help sertonin. Taking long walks on the beach by the moving ocean waves are great for you. Not to mention a beautiful site for your eyes!

Sadly, that animated waterfall picture in your living room, doesn't create negative ions, but if you take a trip down to Niagara falls, it'll work!
