I miss you like a springtime breeze
As muggy summer flies with ease
I miss you like a winter's snow
That melted before the sun had rose
You left me like disgusting trash
You didn't care, and gave my heart a deep gash
You left me like child's dream
Reality shows nothing's quite what it seems
I was alone like the last flower's bloom
Its beauty was outweighed by goodbye's gloom
I was alone like empty space
Left unfilled, a door slammed in its face
Life will move on like the seasons do
I'll carry on and make it through
Since Life will continue and time will move on
I need to forgive and be strong.
