He's never been there,
for her at least.
She cried for his help,
yet he never came.
She was always the freak,
and he knew it.

He taught her how to read,
she never cooperated.
He always knew,
that she looked funny,
and talked funny.
He always knew that she was different,
not in a good way.

She's been waiting,
for the day when the doctors,
nurses,
and him,
would call her normal.
It never came.

He never accepted her,
her miracle never came true.
Yet she was special,
in her own autistic way.
