Dear readers,

As you may have noticed, it appears that we've seen the worst of the Why-Pox. While it isn't completely over, still affecting a few unfortunately citizens here and there, it is not nearly as widespread as it was a month ago.

Over at the CDC, the scientists even think that a solution might be in sight! They would never have come this far without the help of those citizens who came and helped with the research and contributed to the discussion.

City Hall, in her gratitude, has awarded salaries to the contributers who have helped the most. In addition, the top 2 contributors, plus the clever citizen who predicted the peak and demise of the Why-Pox most accurately and most quickly have been awarded one 30-day Why-Pass each!

The winners are:

Prediction Winner:

bitterswt

Top CDC Contributors:

snowstorm ChinaDawl

Congratulations!

And if this inspires you exercise your smarts and creativity to win a Why-Pass, you should read Bigfoot's article in this week's paper. Another contest is gearing right up. Don't miss out!

Keeping you up with the Times,
The Editor
