A sliver of a seat perched after the sleeping sun
Atop the harp playing angel's singing: "the journey's just begun"
Bleeding its melody into my every pour
Absorbing the liquid harmony that's making my heart soar
Flying, dancing, twirling in the ebony colored sky
Letting go of everything- letting out a piercing cry
A victory hurrah to the stars and their master
As the trickling tune pumps inside a little faster
Laying in the crevice of the moon for quite some time
Looking onto earth seeing mountains I long to climb
Explaining to the angel my dreams of escalating up them
And through the music in my soul I'm not going out on a whim
That anything is possible with the headphones right in place
With closed eyes and an open mind I can journey into space
Or travel through the jungle or swim the deepest seas
Meet exotic people and sleep amongst the trees
And even if the world seems very small for me
With music in my heart I'm right where I need to be
