Hi! I'm bloomy3, with the secret behind having healthy, glowing skin that you can always smile about! Have you ever thought about how many times you touch your face with your hands? Gross! Your hands touch several various things in a day, and you probably touch your face many times. By doing so, you transfer all of those nasty germs onto your face, which can cause ugly pimples that can leave scars!

What can you do to keep your skin healthy and glowing, you ask? Wash your face! Washing your face is the most fundamental and chief way to detoxify your skin. Your skin is used to detoxifying wastes using the pores. Having said this, if your face is dirty, your pores will be blocked and your skin can't get rid of the wastes. It is recommended that you wash your face twice a day, before leaving for work or school, and once at night. It is important to wash during the day so you can start the day with a clean face. This is my favorite affordable product for morning washes. This collection is called Clean & Clear Morning Burst. It smells fantastic and it really does get you energized! The Morning Burst facial scrub (left) costs $6.49 USD, the Morning Burst facial cleanse (middle) costs $6.49 USD, and the Morning Glow moisturizer (right) costs $6.49 USD. You can buy this at www.cleanandclear.com.

Washing at night is even more important. Your skin works the most while you are asleep, so you have to make sure to wash it thoroughly and apply good products to help it do its job. If you go to bed with a dirty face or with makeup on, you have a good chance for little red surprises when you wake up. This is what I recommend for night washes that are affordable and effective. This collection is the Clearasil Ultra Overnight Treatment. The overnight face lotion (left) costs $9.49 USD, the overnight wash (middle) costs $9.49 USD, and the overnight serum (right) costs $9.49 USD. You can buy this at www.clearasil.com.

Uh oh! What if you forgot to wash your face the night before and wake up with a juicy pimple? Pimple spot creams and gels work very well if you apply them at least once to three times a day, depending on what it says on the label. A big NO-NO is trying to squeeze and pop the pimple. That can leave scars on your face that can be very hard to remove. When it's there, treat it, and let it be. Now I know girls love to use concealer to hide their pimples, but I found an effective and safe makeup product that can cover your blemishes. This is available at drugstores as well. It's part of the Neutrogena Skin Clearing Makeup collection. I own the concealer myself, and it works really well! The concealer (left) costs $8.99 USD, the liquid foundation (middle) costs $11.99 USD, and the mineral powder (right) costs $11.99. You can buy this at Neutrogena.com.

Another big, bulgy problem is bags under your eyes. When you get little sleep, have allergies, or cry, it shows! Sure, concealer can hide it a little bit, but how can you fix it the REAL way without using makeup to cover it up? Many beauty gurus suggest the frozen spoons trick. Yes, I'm talking about putting two metal spoons in the freezer and putting it over your eyes. Basically all you have to do is put 2 metal spoons in the freezer for at least 5 minutes or longer (longer is better) and rub the back of the spoons against the bottom part of your eyes. E-how can give you a step-by-step process of how to do this (http://www.ehow.com/how_2204616_use-spoons-depuff-eyes.html).

I hope this article helps you look dazzling as ever in the morning, and be sure to check out these products! Now I have to go clean up my face because it's picture day tomorrow! Until next time!
