I cry, you cry
Tears, they tumble from the sky
Clouds, they form in sulkiness
Sobs, they fill the emptiness
Skies, they darken, full of pain
Joy, none seems to still remain
Thunder growls in my empty stomach
Lightening stabs when I feel sick
I cry, you cry
Tears, they trickle from the sky
Wind, it slaps across my face
Strength, I will not have a taste
Hail, the rocky floor beneath
Nothing will pass through my teeth
Hunger doesn't matter anymore
Sleet continues to drip and pour
I cry, you cry
Snow does not understand why
Ice does not comprehend
Neither does the sleet nor wind
Thunder, lightening, hail, sleet
Think I'm heading towards defeat
The skies frown down on me
The clouds droop and act sulky
I clutch my stomach and wonder why
Then slowly shed a wistful cry
