I'm sure some of you have heard of the term "Pizookie", originally created by BJ's Restaurant and Brewery. However, if you won't be taking a trip to this restaurant any time soon and craving this dessert, make one at home!

The term "Pizookie" means pizza and cookie, which is just what this is. For you cookie lovers, you can create this one of a kind treat in any favor you want, chocolate chip cookie being the best. In these easy steps, you can have a warm, gooey, chocolate treat right in front of you!

Step One:

You are going to need cookie dough. This dough can be your grandma's secret recipe, off the Internet, or simply the store bought dough. You can make as many bowls of pizza cookie as the amount of dough you have allows or you can make a few bowls and reserve the rest of the dough for cookies (or eating).

Step Two:

Spoon 3 to 4 dollops of cookie dough into a ramekin. If you are planning on using a larger dish, just make sure you use enough cookie dough to cover the entire dish.

Step Three:

Follow baking instructions on recipe. However, in my experience, pizookies take a few minutes longer then original packing says for. Caution: Make sure you do not under cook the cookie to much as there are raw eggs in most cookie dough recipes.

Step Four:

Spoon any flavor of ice cream over cookie. Vanilla is my personal favorite.

Finally, pair with a glass of milk and you are ready to eat. These are perfect for sleepovers, birthday par tie, or for anyone with a cookie craving! Happy baking!
