The Debate on Prom Night

It's prom time in Whyville again! Sadly, I wasn't around for the first one, so this is like doubly exciting for me. However, there is still the problem of dating and stuff at the prom. Some say dates are stupid. I personally think it's cool, because this IS the prom, and you're supposed to have a date for proms in real life.

Anyway, when you go into any of the chat rooms nowadays, all you hear are people discussing the prom. What are you wearing, who are you going with, and all that. I decided to ask some of my friends (who you all know from previous articles) what they thought on the topic of prom dates. Let's take a look!

3shamrock: I'm going with Magick, but only as friends. We are getting matching outfits and stuff. I think matching makes you look more put-together. It's gonna be so cool.

NewAngel: I don't have a date, not yet anyway. There's still some time left, thank goodness. LoL!

BK4U: Yeah, I can't wait to go to prom! With the updated music (if they have it), it's gonna rock! I'm just going with friends; I think dating online is stupid.

Twinkle25: I'm going with a guy, because it's prom and you're supposed to have dates. It wouldn't be very realistic if peeps didn't get dates and all, you know?

Those are just the opinions of my friends; you all might think differently on whether or not to bring a date. It's your choice! Don't just go with someone because other people are getting dates.

If you are bringing a date, have you considered matching outfits? As 3shamrock said before, they make you look put-together and even classy. So consider going in the same color or same designer wear.

Oh, and please don't be rude to those who don't have dates. I saw a lot of people doing that at the New Years' Eve Party, so be nice this time! That's petty and ridiculous.

I hope prom night is as magical as ever for all of you attending. I also wish you all good luck in getting to be prom king or queen! Remember, the two people don't have to be dating or anything like that in order to win.

So have a good time, and I hope to see you all at Whyville's second-ever prom night!
