In the light of day,
Lions come out to play,
Oblivious to the world,
Veering only for prey,
Entering the world
Young and meek
Only in the wild
Unless you're a lion,
With home a cave,
Inside you know,
The only home where the,
Heart is not,
Away from the world
Lonely and afraid,
Losing all hope,
Minds start to fray,
You know nothing,
Helpless and in need,
Everything is not enough,
And nothing is too much,
Ready to bolt,
To run away,
And find a new life,
Not thinking what it would bring,
Destruction to what you know,
Seeing what you want,
One chance is all you get,
Unless, of coarse you are
Lion.
