There are some days where you try to break me down,
The days you want to see me cry,
those days have always left bruises,
Think you can make it better?
No

It's one of those things I'll never forget
Some days you'll be like a penny,
hopelessly two-face with no where to go,
you're like most of your friends,
crude, crude, crude

You like to see the happiness drain from my eyes,
every punch you threw,
didn't think it hurt me?
It left bruises and scars,
I remember the day you called me ugly,
everyone laughed and I literally cried,

"What's wrong," you asked,
you should know you were the one who made the tears graze my cheeks,
leaving memories,
you should have knew,
especially when you made me cry on my birthday

You keep asking what's wrong, and you know it's obvious
you and your friends like to poke fun,
that all?
no.
You leave bruises and bumps and mumps all over
can you give it a break just once?

You left me alone for a good 30 minutes,
then you were back punching,
and name calling,
and just making me feel horrible,
and if people ask why I think so poorly of myself,
I'll tell them YOU caused it.
