Are you looking for a TV show that has action, mystery, romance and suspense? Then you should check out the new show on NBC called "Revolution". "Revolution" takes place in a post-apocalyptic type world, where for some reason all of the power has gone out. Everything that requires power does not work, even things including batteries. The world is essentially thrown back hundreds of years. As you can imagine things changed pretty quickly. Would you be able to adapt?

The show was created by Eric Kripke and is produced by J.J. Abrams. I am a huge fan of J.J. Abrams. I have watched every episode of "Alias" probably 10 times and have the entire series of "Lost" as well. I also really loved the movie "Star Trek" he directed a few years ago. He has the ability to take science fiction and make it relateable. His characters are developed and intricate.

The show "Revolution" stars a relatively unknown cast. The two main characters are Charlotte or "Charlie" played by Tracy Spiridakos and Miles played by Billy Burke. Charlie is Miles' niece and she seeks him out to help find her brother who was kidnapped after her father was killed by militia. A lot happens in the pilot, so I can't really go into too much details. Plus, you want to see it for yourself!

The show airs on NBC at 10pm on Mondays. That's a little late for me, so I like to DVR it and watch it the next day without commercials. Only two episodes have aired so far, so you can get caught up pretty quickly. I highly recommend you check it out!
