Lately I've been taking art classes at my school, and it has really been inspiring me to make more artwork outside of school on my free time. Just a month ago we added a new member to the family, a cat named Mukluk, so one day I decided to draw him. He always sits on the rug in front of our television, staring at the DVD player and GameCube remote controls, so I grabbed the opportunity to draw him while he was sitting so still and focused. I thought it was a little dull being only black and white, so I decided to draw colored rays coming from his eyes in marker, and add a more urban style to it.
