From the time you set your clock, to to number of times you hit that snooze button, can reflect your personality. Sleep is a detrimental part of life, and it certainly shows itself when it comes to personality. Some personalities are:

The Avoider

You're the person that constantly presses the snooze button, trying to prevent getting up as much as you can.

This also could hint that you enjoy working under pressure. Due to the fact that it takes you awhile to get up, you find a way to get ready under a short time-limit, and it works for you.

The Crisis-Maker

You set your alarm to 15 minutes ahead of time. And yet, you still go through those horrible moments in time where you feel like you've overslept. In fact, it's almost like you enjoy the faux-rush, and it's what you use to get up in the morning.

Puritanical

You're the kind of person who needs the blaring beeping of an alarm to get up in the mornings. Musical alarms just don't cut it for you, and you will most likely sleep through them. The harsh sounds in the morning helps you take on reality.

Worrier

If you're alarm clock randomly decided to stop working, you'd have no problem considering you have another one across the room. You have anxiety over the idea that you might not wake up on time (possible deep-sleeper). You're most likely the type of person who needs back-up plans to get through the day.

Dependent

Someone else has received the responsibility of getting you up in the morning. This sleeping behavior hints at dependency disorder, due to the fact that you're relying on someone else entirely to get you started off in the mornings.

Trusting

You rely on your internal body clock to get you up in the morning. This option works out well for those who have no need to rush in the morning. This pattern is correlated to those who tend to get a good nights' rest.

I'd have to say I'm both dependent and trusting, even though they seem contradictory. My mom normally wakes me up by calling my name, but if she does not, I will wake up by free will anyway.

What sleeping personality(ies) do you have?
