If you flip through my sketchbooks, you'll notice one thing in common with the majority of the pictures; they're all males. More specifically, famous guys. I absolutely love drawing faces, and I always like to draw things that pertain to my interests, therefor the majority of my drawings are of either actors I admire, or band members. I chose two of my most recent sketches to show you because I like how the subject is the same, but the two drawings are so different from one another.
The first drawing is of the actor Skylar Astin, whom you may know from the movie "Pitch Perfect".
The second drawing is of Austin Carlile, from the band "Of Mice & Men". I'm really impressed with the detail I was able to include in the sunglasses, and that I managed to pull of the detail in the mouth with the tongue and the teeth. It was my first time drawing such an . . . interesting . . . facial expression.
