Welcome Whyvillians to round three of the Miss Whyville Pageant, the biggest beauty contest on Whyville! In this series of articles, ocean10kv and I are hosting a beauty contest where you, the Whyvillians, have the opportunity to contribute by voting for contestants in the BBS and suggesting future themes. Every week, we will cut the contestants with the lowest number of votes. Last week's theme was "Rock Star" and by your votes in the BBS, the following contestants were cut:

Row #1 - Contestant 4: shoelack8
Row #2 - Contestant 6: Pygmygoat
Row #3 - Contestant 12: TPEETA
Row #4 - Contestant 16: harmoni29
Row #5 - Contestant 18: emillexxx

This week's theme is "Royalty" but there is a twist. The contestants had to use the face part "Brown Bubbly Hair" by Akbar somewhere in their looks. Hence, this week you are voting for two contests: first, you are voting for the best contestant in each row. You are also voting for one contestant who incorporated Brown Bubbly Hair into their look in the most creative way.

Brown Bubbly Hair by akbar:

Below are all of the contestants' faces dressed according to the theme and a description of how each of them used the Brown Bubbly Hair. To prevent this beauty contest from becoming a popular contest, ocean10kv and I did not include the contestants' usernames. Instead, we assigned the contestants a number according to the order they dressed for the theme.

How to Vote:

1. Readers can vote for ONE contestant on EACH row. In total, readers can vote for 4 contestants.
2. This is the format for voting: "Row # - Contestant #"
3. Readers must post their votes in the BBS.
4. The last day to vote is Friday April 5th. Any votes posted after this date will NOT count!
5. The contestants with the lowest votes on EACH ROW will be cut from the pageant. The 4 contestants who will be cut will be posted in next week's article.
6. Contestants cannot vote for themselves or for other contestants

Contestant 1: I did my own take on the "Tangled" princess. I used the hair to make a small garden to show her love of nature and the outdoors.

Contestant 2: I tried to represent a more modern-day royalty, using the bubbly hair in brown and other colors to create a crowd in the background, representing the many people who look up to royalty today.

Contestant 3: The bubbly hair was used to look a little like gravel

Contestant 4: I am using a lot of the bubbly brown hair as dirt.

Contestant 5: I have used the bubbly hair as soil/dirt/ground. I'm the king/queen of nature as in trees, soil, etc. (like mother nature!)

Contestant 6: I used brown bubbly hair as like gravel/dirt for my horse to "walk/run" on.

Contestant 7: I am Princess Taryn, ruler of Tarynworld. The Akbar parts are dirty peasants bowing before me.

Contestant 8: The hair is supposed to represent the pebbles that were thrown for me from my prince.

Contestant 9: I used the hair as dirt.

Contestant 10: I used the hair as those people with rare disorders with brown splotches on their skin. It could also be burn marks.

Contestant 11: n/a

Contestant 12: I used the hair for my royal pet's ground.

Ocean10kv and I think that all the contestants did a great job dressing up for the "royal" theme. And who knew you could use a face part from the Bargain Basement in so many creative ways? But tell us what you think by voting for your favorite looks in the BBS! While you're there, don't forget to vote for next week's theme.

Authors' Note: There are 12 contestants instead of 15 because one contestant dropped out last week and two contestants were disqualified for not dressing up for the theme!
