We were in Branson, MO for memorial day. We decided to go down to the landing by the river and see what was around there. We passed this big blue tarp on the ground inside a ring of ropes. We just thought they were doing construction. We went to eat, and later that day we walked passed the spot again but the tap was gone and this was what was under it.
