Terrorists, violent, mad,
That's exactly what they say.
But if they knew the beauty of Islam,
It would brighten their day.
And all this hate would decay.
Funny looks we get.
As they walk by staring.
But if they knew the beauty of Islam,
the generousness and the caring.
It'll put an end to the glaring, and staring.
The swearing and prejudice,
As we walk through.
But if they knew the beauty of Islam,
They'll see what the media portrays, isn't true.
Remember we're human just like you.
Author's Note: This was a very touchy subject to write about. But there's something I'd like to address. By saying the 'beauty of Islam' I mean it's a peace loving religion just like loads of the others. It's not what the media portrays it to be, so people don't take offence. Please be respectful.
