Humans Are Animals, Too
Aren't they?

Hi, Sarah220 here in reply to Merchant's article. Enjoy! LoL

In Merchant's article she said that eating meat was completely out of the question and was terrible. Well... as far as I know, humans are omnivores (species that eat both meat and plants).

One omnivore I know of is the grizzly bear, which eats fish as well as berries. Humans also eat berries and fish, but no one tells the bears to stop eating their fish! Why? Because it's in their nature, right? Well, eating meat is in the human nature, too, and yet people go vegetarian because they believe its wrong? Face it, it's in your nature and you can't change that.

It's not like we are some aliens from outer space and we have to be careful of every single thing we do. We have been on this planet for thousands of years, just as many of the animals that live here have.

I am not saying that we should kill all the animals on the planet to eat or use in some scientific experiment, or cut down the forests. All that I am saying is that you can be a vegetarian, I can't change that, but it's still in your nature to eat meat, eggs, etc. Don't forget that, and don't try to look down on those of us who accept our nature.

Oh, and Ronald McDonald(tm) is not the evil one, for all I know they probably don't even use real meat (don't hold me to that). It's the people that litter, poach, etc that are the problem, not the people eating meat.

I don't have anything against being a vegetarian, but it's not the way we were made to be.

And here's a joke to lighten things up a little:

There was a little moron and a big moron flying along in a plane, the big moron fell out but not the little moron. Why didn't the little moron fall out?

Because he was a little more on! Hahaha LoL

Well, I've got to run,
~Sarah220!~
