What's in Kraft Dinner?

Sonner
Times Writer

This is Sonner. Hopefully that article from bettyjoe will reach the hot topics section so this can get published, but if not, oh well.

I was going to test out a snack food and see what type of ingredients are in there to see if it is really good for you!

First off... Kraft Dinner.

Ingredients: Macaroni: Enriched Wheat Flour, Cheddar Cheese Sauce: Modified Milk Ingredients, Cheese (Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt Rennet and Microbial Enzyme, Calcium Chloride, Lipase), Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Citric Acid, Color (Contains Tartrazine).

Ok... Here are some things that caught my eye!

  1. ?Bacterial Culture?
  2. ?Citric Acid?
  3. All those big words that I haven't heard of!

I do not know why citric acid would be in a cheese sauce! I'm not sure what bacterial culture is, but I don't like that word bacterial! Those big words are probably chemicals and other stuff. Yuck!

Just one of the few things we have in our homes that have these ingredients. I also found the same thing as in bettyjoe's last article Modified Milk Ingredients! Why shouldn't it just be plain milk? Who knows!

Till next time, this is Sonner! Bye! =D
