Over the past few years I've realized that I haven't been putting my artistic skills to use like I used to. I came to the conclusion that the reasoning behind this was that I was just putting too much limitation on what I would allow myself to draw. For years the only thing I ever drew were portraits (aside from designing on Whyville lol).
I was getting upset with myself for letting my creativity go to waste so one day I made the pledge to myself. "No more guidelines, no more plans, no more erasers, have fun and let it flow!" and that's what I do now. I sit down, put on some of my favorite music and let the pens go wild! Ever since I started to do my new "doodles" I have felt so much more creativity flow throughout me.
