Why be plain when you can put glitter on it? One of my favorite sayings. For my high school graduation I decided to do just that and overload my cap with glitter. Why? Because you can never have enough glitter! Also, why be in a sea of hats when you can stand out? Unless your school was like mine and you couldn?t decorate it. I actually decorated this after graduation.
