Walking down an old dirt road, where nothing ever seems to grow.
The trees look like they're sighing, almost as if they were dying.
Looking down toward the ground I saw a dandelion frown.
It hadn't rained in a while, otherwise looking at it might have been worthwhile.
A wind gushed by, it also didn't seem very kind. I suppose I just wasn't in the right frame of mind.
The sky was gray making the clouds run away.
An old owl sitting on a branch, let out a loud growl sending shivers down my spine.
I walked into some thorns, causing me to mourn.
This was a place I didn't want to remain, that's when I then awoke my brain.
