While I have been busy lately, I have still been able to find time to do some embroidery. I'm here to share with you two more pieces I have done in the past week.

This first hoop is a custom piece I made for my sister. I really wanted to practice some of the techniques I used in this one like French knots (the knots made in green). I was also really interested in making a border, and I?m happy with how this one turned out. I did this freehand, I just wrote the name out in pencil so I could figure out spacing. This is the first official embroidery gift I gave, and it turned out according to plan.

The second hoop I made is inspired by the twenty one pilots song "We Don't Believe What's on TV". I am so excited to go to their concert, so of course I had to make something with their lyrics. This entire design was just made out of straight stitching, so it wasn't too challenging. This is the biggest hoop I have done so far, so I had more space than expected. After I thought I had finished, I realized I had extra space and added one of the clique's symbols at the bottom.

I hope you enjoyed these because I really enjoyed making them. I didn't have a lot of free time, but when I did I tried to embroider. I'm excited to make more, and hopefully I'll be back soon with another article.
