Parent Patrol?

Hi! It's HnyBnch.

Today I'd like to address iLLsa's article about adults being in Whyville. Now, maybe I'm just complaining because my parents won't get me a why-pass, but she's a parent who knows what Whyville is all about!

My parents also are careful of which sites I go on. They like Whyville and all, but when I went to ask my dad for one, he said no. I told him I'd pay for one myself. He said, okay, but let me ask your mother first. I'm like... YES!!! FINALLY NO WAITING ROOM!!!

Anyway, my mom and dad were talking about it and my mom said no, and surprisingly my dad defended me!! But still, mothers always win out in an argument. She said (now this is a quote), "I have never paid to get into the sites I want to go in, and until she moves out of this house, she is not allowed to"

I have somewhat accepted this, but I don't know why she would say no to an educational site like this! I have told her all the good points of a why-pass, but she still said no. In fact, she told me (now this is a quote too), "If you EVER ask for a why-pass one more time, you aren't going to be allowed on Whyville at all." So, needless to say, I've shut up about why-passes... for now, LoL.

I am glad that parents are allowed on Whyville. Maybe they should get the job of being a "chat cop", because they know what they want or don't want their children to see. They could maybe even be part of the city workers. Better yet, call them "Parent Patrol". OH... a lightbulb just sparked in my head!!

Bye all!!
