Hello to all you Whyvillians out there. This is DanceGurl and today I would like to discuss a very important issue in Whyville. Many of you have y-mailed City Hall requesting a King and Queen for this year's Whyville Prom.

She has agreed to this, and if you have read the Bulletin Boards lately, you probably noticed that she is having you Whyvillians nominate other Whyvillians.

There were only a couple rules though:

1. You could not nominate yourself!
2. You had to give a reason for nominating that person.
3. You had to do this before May the 10th!

This will be a vote in the Times just like other votes such as Town Name, and Twister Fish Vote. Many of you people have more than one name in Whyville and are voting for nominating yourself under that name. This is not fair to others!!!

You have to think of this as if it were a trusting game. If you lie and nominate yourself it may seem as though it isn't doing any harm but in the long run it is!

In any case, here are the people that were nominated and why they were. The prom is only 2 weeks away, so caste your vote right away! You will also receive a 10-clam bonus for voting!

I think we should nominate tb36 for prom queen because she is an example to the other people when they do wrong and she would make a beautiful queen. You've got my vote! I think Eclipse should be nominated for prom queen, becuase she has good manners, and she cares about how others feel. She is real nice towards everyone, and has a good sense of humor. She also is always dressed in style and is looking for fun. She is a great person with a great personality. You've got my vote! I nominate Karra for queen, even though I don't know her too well. From what I do know, she seems really nice. Plus she thought of the whole prom idea, so she should be a shoe-in. You've got my vote! I would like to nominate Cubone13 for prom queen because she's really nice and has a really cute face!! You've got my vote! I vote for BSBGirl10. She's really nice, funny. She's my best friend on Whyville and in real life. You've got my vote! I think Bobbete would be a good queen since she is nice, and pretty. You've got my vote! I think Eden would be nice. You've got my vote! i nominate Blade she is so nice and so sweet. You've got my vote! I vote for Shelly1 and pixie to be prom queen because they are smart pretty funny nice and always say hello welcome to whyville to a new face. The prom queen should be spazchick because she is always nice to me even before we were going out. You've got my vote! I would like to vote for DanceBabe as Prom Queen. I think it should be DanceBabe because she is pretty and mature and nice. You've got my vote! I think DanceGurl would make a suitable queen because her whyville face is beautiful and unlike other whyvillians, she shares her feeling and concerns about whyville. You've got my vote! I think that SugarBeet should also be nominated as for prom queen because she is a great friend and has an awesome personality! You've got my vote! Since she nominated me,I will nominate Amanda. You've got my vote! I want to nominiate Polygirl for queen because when I first came here she was really nice to me even though I didn't have a pretty face or anything.

I would like to nominate floyd for Prom King because he is nice and everytime I see him he asks how I am and says hi. I think the prom king should be floyd. This is because floyd is a really nice guy. You've got my vote! hehe! What about Insinger? I'm sure all u Ladies know him, lol. You've got my vote! And Robert for King. You've got my vote! I would like to nominate Harry 2000 for prom king. He is really nice, I know him in person and he would never do anything mean. You've got my vote! I think Andy109 should be nominated!!!! He's nice! You've got my vote! I nomiate 11 for prom king because he is super nice to me. You've got my vote! HappyDap5 would be a good King because he is nice and a good friend. He is funny and friendly in whyville. The prom will be at 5:00 pm Pacific and 8:00 pm Eastern. It will be held at the Sportplatz. It will be on May the 27th so it is sneaking up on us very fast!
