Hey guys, it's Jill20, and I have a bit of a confession to make. I decided if my article (which I originally titled "Help the Newbies") was published, I would later confess to the Times what I did.

The thing is, when I wrote "Help the Newbies", I was a newbie! I thought that maybe if I wrote that, people would be more nice to me, and they were! I got tons of mail saying "GREAT ARTICLE!!!" I was so pleased with myself for getting in the Times and being so sneaky that I almost forgot what I wrote my article about.

Just the other day, these boys were being mean to a newbie. I typed something to join in on the argument. After I said something mean, the newbie said, "Liar!" I said, "What??" And the newbie reminded me how I wrote that "Help the Newbies" article!

I felt terrible. I remembered what it was like to be new, and decided I would never be mean to a newbie EVER. And I haven't since.

Well, I made a mistake, so I'm here to say I'm sorry for being mean and going against my article!
