Note to the Editor -- Besides the fact that my article (written by the screen name Liss22) was published under the caption "Dieting: OoreganoO relates her experiences", you wrote in a correction that I would like to explain to you and the other citizens.

To quote from my article: "Here's some food for thought: fruit and veggies are virtually fatless; you can eat ALL you want and never gain weight." This, dear Editor, is true. You can eat all the FRUIT and VEGGIES you want, and not have to worry about them adding fat to your body. Unfortunately, you misunderstood my statement to be that you can eat fruits and veggies and loads of other things and they will save you from weight gain.

This, in fact, is your misinterpretation. I am aware that there are other factors affecting weight gain, which is why I outlined aspects of general health, healthy eating, and physical activity. I would appreciate if you would publish this correction, making it clear that I'm not ignorant of the point you wanted to make. Thank you for your time, and I hope this will find its way into the paper.
