Nutritious Hearsay

Hi everyone, it's Sonner finally with another article. LoL I don't know what's wrong with me not writing much lately. Oh well, I'm so happy Whyville is coming out with a new nutrition game... eventually, right?

Lots of us consume thousands of calories a day! *Smiles innocently!* But I hear rumors about different things about food and what it contains. You are actually supposed to have a little fat in your body, to keep up your energy and things like that. I'm not sure if it's true, but it probably is... but maybe not saturated fats. I wonder where I could find more about this...

I also hear rumours that greasy foods cause pimples. But then I started to wonder, how could food you put in your mouth go the other way -- from your stomach to your face? What I think is, it depends on how oily your skin may be. I seriously wash my face everyday and I still get a few pimples. So I think mainly pimples are caused by genetics, by your family. If your dad or mom had pimples, then you may get them. I think it has nothing to do with what you eat or the kind of nutrition you take in.

I think sugar is good for you; believe it or not, but I think it is. Sugar gets you from pale to really happy, jumpy and not pale at all. Ha!

But I think the best thing to do if you want to stay up late is drink pop. It kept me up till 2:00am when I went to bed at 11:00pm. LoL! P align=justify> Hope you had some laughs. Yes, that's all. I just wanted to say a few things about food and nutrition. I could start my own health show! LoL!
