Heya! Meg959 here, talking about a good diet for your body. Many people don't get as many vitamins and minerals as their body needs. Many people are overweight. I will tell you what I eat regularly to keep my body healthy, and maybe that will help you.

For breakfast I usually have a bowl of cereal with milk (I prefer Rice Krispies because they are low in fat and sugar), a bagel, or a couple pieces of toast with a glass of milk or juice. When I am packing my lunch for school, I put in two servings of fruit, a sandwich or bagel, and a treat like cookies. I usually pack a juice box in my lunch or buy chocolate milk from school. For a treat, I am allowed to buy a pop. For a snack after school, I usually have a serving of fruit or maybe a few cookies with some water or juice. For supper I have many different things. I have meat, some vegetables, and something like Mac and Cheese with a glass of milk. And sometimes a snack before bed.

Works for me!

Everybody should be eating a few servings of fruit a day. Also, you should be drinking 6 glasses of water a day. I don't really like to drink that much water, so I usually try to fit in 3-4 glasses of water a day. Maybe I should get more, but it's tough.

Milk gives you a healthy body, good teeth, strong bones, can you believe milk helps your body out with all this? Everyone should be getting 3 cups of milk today. To help drink more milk, you can pour milk into your cereal, and try milk in your hot cereal instead of water. Milk also has more vitamins and minerals than the leading sports drinks and it gives your body the nutrients it needs most for an active lifestyle. Visit http://www.whymilk.com for more details about milk.

It is also great for your body to be playing sports. I play about 2-3 sports a week, including basketball and hockey.

I hope you follow this diet to a healthier body.
