Cry like a big girl - alone

I remember that day
when i left you out-
showering you with
promises
that it would never
happen again
little sister.

I remember the
tea parties
dress up
playing tag
while the sun kissed our hair
new freckles being born
joining the old ones
splayed across our
noses.

It was all so simple back then-
crying together
laughing together
sheltering you from
the enemy that is the world-
??

then we grew up.

We still laugh-
though not as often
now your the one
leaving me out
but no apologies are given
because now it is time
that i grew up
and learned how to cry
like a big girl-
alone
??

Acid

Acid cries and acid screams
acid water and acid streams
caught in the middle of devistation
this world was built on confrontation
immorality and acid crimes
acid dirt and acid grime
an acid world caught up in strife
a deep cut made with an acid knife
the acid burns you through and through
just wait untill it gets to you
??

When Her Colors Run Together

Sometimes when she crys
she wonders
"what's wrong with me?"
but nothing answers
nothing
'cause shes all alone
(forever)

Sometimes when she runs away
she runs away from nothing
screaming "what do you want!?"
but nothing screams back
or did it? she doesnt know
she lost her hearing a long time ago

Sometimes when she bleeds
she whispers
"I'm not normal"
and nothing happens
nothing
when her colors run together
('cause shes already dead)
??
