I was psyched to see AgentChad's article on one of my all-time fave topics, fast food. By now, you've all probably heard of Taco Bell's evil taco salad, which has 1,000+ calories. And you can't forget KFC's Triple Crunch Chicken Sandwich, at 700+ calories.

But there is some healthy stuff that you can get at your typical burger/taco/Arby's joint. Here's a compilation of the best stuff from your fave places to eat. I checked out the facts on Burger King, Arby's and Taco Bell.

Burger King's Best:

Try getting the BK Veggie Burger with Reduced Fat Mayo, a delicious and nutritous option from Burger King. This refreshing veggie burger has a mere 336 calories and 10 grams of fat. Another surprisingly healthy sandwich from Burger King is the King Supreme Sandwich with only 163 calories and only 3 grams of fat! You don't have to get a diet soda with this one! And your basic hamburger isn't so bad either. It only has 160 calories and 3 grams of fat. If you're not so big on burgers, get the chili. The worst stuff from BK is pretty much the same as every burger joint: the double-stacked hamburgers! Now, there's a lot of options to get with the double-stacked burgers, but the worst of 'em all is the Double Whopper with Cheese, which checks out with 540 calories and 17 grams of fat. Save this sandwich for... well.. just don't order it!

Taco Bell's Best:

From what I could determine, Taco Bell is a hard place to order healthfully from. Even food that looks healthy is unhealthy here. The new Chicken Enchilada Bowl is very similar to the basic taco salad mentioned before. It's packed with 790 calories and 39 grams of fat. That's almost half of the calories you're supposed to eat in a day. The 7-layer burrito is also horrible. It has 530 calories and 22 grams of fat. The Mexican Pizza is worse with 550 calories and a whopping 31 grams of fat. But the basic taco gives some hope. It only has 170 calories and 10 grams of fat. So order something basic from Taco Bell and you'll probably be kickin' it, healthy style.

Arby's Best:

Eating healthfully from Arby's is super-easy with their Light Menu. Try the healthiest of the Light Menu, the Light Grilled Chicken with 280 calories and 5 grams of fat. The Garden Salad is delish and has just 70 calories and 1 gram of fat. Now for the worst from this non-hamburger fast food joint. The new Homestyle Pot Roast has 710 calories and 33 grams of fat. Skip this one. The Chicken Finger Salad has 570 calories and 34 grams of fat. The Chicken Bacon 'N Swiss has 610 calories and 33 grams of fat. Ecch. The worst thing at Arbys? The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon with 880 calories and 44 grams of fat.

So, I hope I helped you out a little on your next trip to get fast food. Just keep in mind what the best stuff was, and order it. It's as simple as that.

And yeah, it's okay if you pig out on the worst food from these places from time to time. Just don't do it every day. Here's the websites you can check out for more info, including some I didn't write about:
