A Whyville Disaster, Continued
Juliette probes Whyvillians' thoughts on the subject

   by Juliette
  Disaster Investigator

When the disaster occured, a lot of Whyvillians lost valuable things-- it left me homeless and I lost my glossy lips -- Damson lost his address book and a lot of other people also suffered. But what is the true story?

Was it a world wide internet glitch? City Hall giving us some excitement? (no offense, City Hall) Someone's idea of a (non) practical joke? Or... THE CLAW????

Some people may think that "The Claw" was a piece of creative writing, others that it was a true document. I interviewed some people on the matter and here are their thoughts:

First I interviewed Sheets.

Me: What do you think is the cause of the diaster?
Sheets: I think The Claw took over.
Me: Did you lose anything in the disaster?
Sheets: No, but my friend Lessa did.
Me: Do you think that disasters might become common?
Sheets: I really don't know.

Then I interviewed Lessa.

Me: What do you think is the cause of the diaster?
Lessa: Satellite
Me: Did you lose anything in the disaster?
Lessa: I did, I lost a pair of glasses.
Me: Do you think that disasters might become common?
Lessa: I don't know, probably.

Last I interviewed Sara30.

Me: What do you think is the cause of the diaster?
Sara30: The Claw, the Whyville Editors, murderers, strippers...
Me: Did you lose anything in the disaster?
Sara30: Um, my sexy outfit, it was a pink bikini.
Me: Do you think that disasters might become common?
Sara30: If there is a bunch of strippers.
Me: Yeah... that's, um, nice....

Well that's it. If you have any idea's about the diaster or if you wrote the CLAW story Y-Mail me. I'm trying to solve this mystery!
