Below me
The world is round
Yet so sharp
This new dimension wasn't lost
Yet
Never found
It's all in the eye of the one who sees it

Below me
It's all so jaded
All the things I was
Never told
In a world where
The light
Has
Faded
In a place so tight and
Cold
It's all in the eye of the one who sees it

Below me
The hungry and weak
Blend
With the powerful and strong
They shout yet
Do
Not
Speak
There is a balance
But not for long
It's all in the eye of the one who sees it

Below me
It seems bitter and
So lonely
Hopeless and forlorn
But if you
Squint
And search
And look
For this only
There's a faint light through the storm
It's all in the eye of the one who sees it

Below me
Will the glow become
Brighter?
Will the sharpness
Dissolve?
Will our hearts become
Lighter?
I realize -- maybe hope will solve
It's all in the eye of the one who sees it

Below me
I dream of the day
When you will listen
To what your heart says
And
let your light glisten
