Hi, Kikue here.

I haven't been on for a long time, it seems, so when I decided to check up on my account, I really wanted to start playing Whyville again.  The first thing I did was start to make some new friends.

In Illusions Talk a boy came up to me and we started to chat. He introduced me to his other friend, who I shall not name.  She asked me if I wanted to have a makeover and I said no the first time.  She kept on pushing me as we started to hang out some more.  After a few days of her trying to persuade me to have a makeover, I said okay, mostly because I THOUGHT we were friends.  I gave her my password.  That evening I left Whyville for a while, then came back on to check my Y-mail... and wouldn't you know it?  I couldn't get into my account.

After mentally beating myself up for my incredibly bad decision to give out my password, I remembered how I once bought a Why-Pass a long time ago.  As those who have bought a Why-Pass know, you have to give your credit card number to Whyville.  (Okay, okay, so you can also buy Passes with cash and checks, but it's totally easier to do it with credit card.)  Since I still had that number, I knew that I could prove that I was Kikue and not some other person asking for my password.  I sent my mail to Whyville city management, and soon I had my account back!

I think that buying a Why-Pass benefits you in two major ways.  It allows you to always get into Whyville, even when busy, with VERY few exceptions.  And, as I just told you, it will also let you always get your password back -- ALWAYS!

The mistake I made was giving up my password.  Don't do what I did.  NEVER give them your password, even if it is your best friend in real life.  As City Hall says, "They might not be your friend tomorrow."

This is Kikue, just warnin' you about those crazy people out there!
Oh yeah... and, you NEVER mess with Kikue!
