AIDS -- Something none of us wants to catch. Even though this is a deadly disease, it is not as contagious as other infectious diseases.

Infectious diseases are spread by germs. These are different from diseases you might inherit from your parents. The reasoning for that is that is AIDS (caused by the HIV virus) is only spread by blood, or body fluids. Other diseases can be spread as the germs can be airborne. These are two ways to prevent yourself from getting AIDS.

1. Do not touch other people's blood.

2. Don't mix any body fluids.

These rules are for the future of your life.
