Hi ya'll!! I wanted to make something clear. Scams: Lately they seem like a part of everyday life. From stealing clams to stealing accounts, people have figured out all new ways to get what they want.

The day I decided to write this article, I put up a message asking people if they would send me the password to the haunted house. I promised that if it worked I would send them over 100 clams. I received a couple Y-mails telling me passwords, but each one was different. I also received instructions on when and where to use the password.

One girl told me that if I sent her the clams, she would send me the exact password and instructions because, according to her, she was a city worker on her other account. I was getting suspicious, so I asked her which city worker she was and said I would send the clams to her city worker account. She never mailed me back and a friend told me that person had tried to scam them, too.

Another scam I saw happened when I wanted to buy a face part for 200 clams. I gave the girl some clams, and she ran off. Another time, a girl bought a sign from me. I sent her the sign and she never sent the clams. *sigh*

Then there is account stealing. I saw a girl who was offering free makeovers. I asked her for one, along with another girl. She wanted our passwords. I was outraged and told her off, but the other girl was a newbie and quickly gave the girl her password. Then the first girl told me I needed a makeover so badly that I would never get one. She then ran off. I decided to treat myself to my own makeover. The next day, I received hate mail from the hacker and the other girl told me that her clams had been stolen from her account. Glad I didn't fall for it.

See what I mean? Scams, scams and more scams!! Never fall for one of these or any others, like the Y-mails that tell you that you need to send a person clams right away, and never give out any personal information. It's not worth it. You'll always end up with a big, fat zero.

This is eyelash8 signing out... *click* come on!! *click*

Editor???s Note: Good work, eyelash8! City Workers DO NOT have ???other??? accounts. CW???s aren???t allowed to use an account unless they wear the CW hat -- and if they don???t wear it, you don???t have to believe ONE WORD they say! And why would a CW need clams from you, anywho? :-)
