The next day at school, Tammie hardly talked to Sara the whole day. When Tammie got on Whyville, her mailbox was full. It was all from Sara.

Some of the messages said that she was a stupid newbie and she should get taped. Others said that if she ever told a soul, they would never be friends again. Finally, the very last one read:

    Dear Tammie:

You didn't pay my 10 clams, did you? NO YOU DIDN'T! If you don't I will
tell Jimmy you love him. So now I raised your payments up to everyday!
Ten clams a day or I'll tell! Your friend,

    Sara

Tammie could not believe it. Her own friend was blackmailing her. The next day at school, Sara went up to Tammie and demanded she agree to the deal. Tammie was rather shy and just said okay to everything.

Sara just kept stealing and stealing from Tammie. It was never going to stop.

Finally, one day Tammie gathered the courage to stand up for herself. Tammie 911-reported Sara, and Sara was duct-taped from Whyville for 5 days. Tammie was mad because it was only 5 days.

Things at school didn't get much better, because Sara wouldn't talk to Tammie for weeks. All she would say was "Watch out!" or "Move!" Tammie didn't know if her choice was good or bad.
