I Hear The Voices

by Chris111
  Whyville Poet

I hear the voices of the past everywhere I turn.
I hear on TV, on books, poster, anything.
And I notice why
The voices of the past are usually right.
That old saying is usually true.
It seems that way to me, and hopefully to you.

Clouds (from a bird's eye)

by Natalia
  Whyville Poet

Drifting along like a merry-go-round
I see you twitch and turn and jump all around.
The others don't seem to care
that you are messing up their hard-earned share.
The others don't even blink an eye,
as my friend and I watch from far far below the sky.
Then we see you go, and say good-bye,
so we turn our backs and begin to fly.

A Myth

by SOYgurl
  Whyville Poet

i believe in a myth
it's a story about forever love

i believe in a myth
it's a story about forever families

i believe in a myth
it's about forever friendship

i believe in a myth
and now i believed in a myth
