Hello everyone, let me please take a minute to clarify some things. First of all, when I made my petition to become senator, that is all that it was, a petition. I thought the top three vote getters would then be able to create a platform. Had I known the petition was going to be copied and pasted as my platform, I certainly would have given much more thought to it.
I do not believe in false promises/lies therefore I will not make any. A Whyvillian is very limited to what they can actually do to help make Whyville a better place, but I would be more than happy to share my ideas of what I would like to see in Whyville.
1. Harsher punishment for prejudice of all kinds.(Sort of like three strikes you're out!)
2. No Segregation! Whyvillians should all be treated as equals and with RESPECT!
3. A partnering club that would allow experienced Whyvillians to help newcomers. (like the program Big Brothers/Big Sisters)
4. Perhaps a competition of sorts that would give Whyvillians an incentive to look for monies to help fund Whyville. Every Whyvillian must know some business owners that would be proud to have
These are my main ideas but not all of them. I too would like to see the Dance Studio open, The Mall open, The Face Factory open daily, more plots available, no limit on parts, no expiring parts, the people finder, a bank, a library, and a movie theater, BUT how many thousands of signatures have been placed on petitions and what have we seen so far? I can promise that I will keep asking for these but I cannot promise that they will come to be. And as I have said in my petition, my ears are always open for any suggestions, ideas, or just if you need someone to talk to.

Hello every1...I would really enjoy the part of being your senator! I will of course try my best to fill the shoes of the last senator...Gigler01! She was very appreciative of everyones comments. I feel that I would make a good senator b/c I think i'm a very good listener,I help people w/ any problems they may have, and I think I give gr8 advice.
