Hello everyone,

I'm sure you've noticed that the Times was a bit delayed in coming out this weekend, and that it's currently a very short paper. Well, my office at home was flooded by a terrifically awful rainstorm in the middle of last week, forcing me to haul all the furniture and computers out and tear up the carpet and... well, long story short, I couldn't work on the paper.

As of early Monday morning, I'm still waiting for everything to dry, but I've managed to edit a small paper and publish about half of it. The rest will either get published here and there this week (mostly today and tomorrow, I expect), or will come out with next week's paper. Tell me how you'd prefer we handle this in the BBS below!

In this week's paper, we've tried to choose shorter stories, in line with requests made at Giggler01's last senate meeting. Let us know what you think!

Speaking of the senators, City Hall has not yet announced to the Times when OrEoBaBy will officially become a Whyville Senator. We're also awaiting word on when the next Senate Race election will begin, probably sometime soon!

Keep your feet and your mind clean,
Times Editor
