Do you enjoy staring at that orange-haired, googley-eyed man who drives you
around Whyville? If you're thinking what I'm thinking, then we are talking about
Marty the bus driver!
His real name isn't actually Marty; it's unknown to many Whyville
citizens, and I for one am one of them! The real name of the mysterious bus driver
has been kept a secret for many many years. I decided to call him Marty, and I hope he likes his new name!
In the winter time, Marty wears winter clothing. He wears a light blue hat and
a blue coat. In the summer time, he wears summer clothing: an orange hat and a
green shirt.
Marty is sure to know everything that goes on in Whyville, you might even call
him a spy! He must hear a lot of things while he drives his bus all day long for
everybody!
You must be thinking, how does Marty have enough time to drive all of us
Whyvillians around when there are over 850,000 of us? Well, every time a new
Whyville account is made, a new Marty is made! This is why Marty has enough time
to take us to out favorite destinations on Whyville. You could say that they
are Marty clones!
Marty sits in front of the wheel all day long, riding his orange and green bus.
On top of his bus sits the latest edition of the Whyville Times, your satchel, a
map of Whyville and a link to your mailbox.
Marty's bus has a screen which tells you the exact Whyville time, and the
current population of Whyville.
