Hi my fellow Whyvillians! I am here with a new article, "Have Times Changed?"

When I first joined Whyville, everything was much cheaper. Kimmi Wedding Dress was only 3 clams! (I remember since it was the first part I ever bought -- Kitadoll, you rock!!) Basically, I don't remember anything that was more expensive than 20.

Over the five years Whyville has been open and running, there have been so many new styles, trends, designers and, of course, prices!

When I look back, it is really kind of cool to think about. I think this because it is just like what happened in the old days. Everything was cheap and it was totally different than it is today. Back in the 1900's, I think, 20 cents would have been worth about what $10 (or more) is today.

That is just what Whyville was like back when I first joined. Prices have started to go up, and now you often see good hair for about 95-106, shirts for 30-80, and tons of other stuff for more or less. The face factory designing price has also gone up over the years. (All you designers know that, of course!)

I just thought that would be cool to share, something to ponder about.

This is hiphop26 *signing off*... thinking about the good ol' days and what is yet to come.
Toodles!!
