I just want to describe this spectacular night to you and share how great Whyville can be. I never thought Trivia Night could be so fun, and that City Workers could want to have as much fun as we do. Before this, I had never really thought about how there is a person at the other end of this screen, but now I know....

I logged onto Whyville last Friday, hoping to catch a glimpse of what "Trivia Night" was. As I walked down to the Greek Theater, I saw the seats were packed with eager Whyvillians urging the game to start. I sat down next to Deriko and watched the game began.

Throughout the night, I had tons of fun, and it was amazing. All these Whyvillians came together shouting out answers and working together to find them. I stayed on until the very end, and even then still hung around for a while.

After the host (City Worker neutral) left, everybody continued to talk and chat, until suddenly Deriko just left his seat and went to the stage! Questions came pouring in:

"How did he move? I want to!"

"Invite me down Deriko, okay?"

"I thought we had to stay in our seats in the Greek Theater!"

I was stumped like the rest of the Trivia-goers. Only a City Worker can invite a Whyvillian onto the stage... but there was no City Worker in the room!

Everybody was screaming at Deriko (the one who'd mysteriously floated down) and asking him to invite them. The blessed Whyvillian who got brought to the stage was just as curious as we were about how he'd gotten there, but then the answer popped right in front of our noses.

"Deriko cannot help you."

The screen printed out these words, and the crowd gasped. Which City Worker was typing this? Every one naturally thought it was neutral, the host of trivia that night, but the screen replied, "Neutral cannot help you," just as another Whyvillian left his seat and started to move! The crowd all begged to be invited onto the stage, and asked who was typing these mysterious words. The screen gave us some clues, like "My name starts with the 13th letter of the alphabet," and "My name is a four letter word."

Finally we figured it out -- it was Mark!

By now at least four audience members were walking around freely, and the number was growing. Mark told us that our name had to be short and easy to type to be invited down! Soon enough, I was on the stage.

Mark and the audience talked and asked questions for a while, until Mark sadly stopped replying to our questions. He must have left his computer or something.

I was ecstatic to be one of the chosen to move around, and Mark had told us this blessed gift would stay until midnight. I met a lot of great people during this great free time like Brian98, Deriko, Digster02, and I learned a lot about the Whyville Senator Election, and how I could help.

This story may not be entirely accurate, and I am sorry about that. I know Deriko was one of the first invited, but I am not sure if he was necessarily the first. I never thought that City Workers would like to have that much fun, and let us roam in the Greek Theater! Now I am going to every Trivia Night, and I encourage you to go too!

I'm signing off now; my eyes are watering from staring at the computer to long!
