Pardon us for our technical difficulties. :)

Yup, even City Workers have to fight with the Whyville servers sometimes... that's my excuse for why the paper is a touch late this morning. I was up late last night, all ready to post the whole paper, when the Whyville server began its interminable reboot process, around 4am Whyville Time. I bashed at it for about an hour, but no luck -- and thus, the paper wasn't posted until Sunday around 3pm Whyville Time instead. (Yep, it often takes a couple hours just to post it all, even when everything's ready to go!)

In real news, the Whyville Senator Election is in full swing, with over 12,000 votes cast already! Who will win? We'll find out next week!

The winner of this election will join Senators OrEoBaBy and Sonner to make our first full three-person Senate! Whoo-hoo!

But remember, each Senator's term lasts a full two months. That means we'll be having another election in a few weeks, because OrEoBaBy's term will be just finishing up!

In non-Senate news... put it in your calendar... the next "Meet the Makers" event, where City Workers gather at Club Why to talk with the citizens, is this coming Tuesday, July 6.

And yup, we've received more teleportation photos... this one's from Deriko:

With that, I bid you adieu,
Times Editor
